女主因為車禍送進醫院，偏偏醫院遇到颶風緊急撤離，剛好破壞實驗研究器材，女主被困在裡面形成無限迴圈，前面70分鐘都是在醫院搞循環，不過這其實都是虛構的，因為女主是精神病患者，因為創傷後遺症產生精神分裂，結果導致殺人人格瘋狂屠殺，可惜前面太多沒必要的拖戲，不然懸疑推理還不錯。
精神病人欢乐多，脑洞大...前面飓风的到来，空间和时间不停切换的剧情看着还有点悬疑度，然而最后我看这种强行精神病的俗套结局其实是编剧编不下去了吧...。
3.0。片名operable译成这样，摸不着头绪。艾米车祸入院，遇上飓风天气，莫名困在time loop，一次次重启，见证医生对病人的活体肢解。血腥吓不到我了，用灯光明暗闪烁来制造恐怖气氛，更是小儿科。前70分钟马马虎虎地瞎扯，最后10分钟解谜。艾米不是困在time loop，而是困在了mind loop，分不清虚实真假，最终拿起手术刀，把想象带入现实。
因为飓风被困在时间循环的女主要想方设法逃出医院的故事。剧情就是俗套剧情，意外的是女主是短柄斧的女主丹妮尔。感觉从以前到这一部的演技都没什么突破，虽然是2017年但是给人的感觉像是2007年的电影感。最后其实女主才是精神病患者，最后还杀了人估计是逃出去了吧，一切都是她幻想出来的，大概也没好的剧情结尾了强行俗套。
